phpbb_logs - clean Logs actions
phpbb_privmsgs - clean Private Messaging
phpbb_privmsgs_text - clean Private Messaging
phpbb_read_history - clean all unread topics/threads
phpbb_search_results - clean Search
phpbb_search_wordlist - clean Search
phpbb_search_wordmatch - clean Search
phpbb_shoutbox - clean all messages on ShoutBox
phpbb_topic_view - clean tracking topics
Then select in phpMyAdmin - Empty
