2.Options: 
1. Select Your database 2. Database export options. You can choose the data to include. Look at the screen and check the same. I think it is very good choice 
3. Now check Save as file. 4. Press Go. Now will start downloading of database. Backup the table 1. Enter into phpMyAdmin and click on Databases 
2.Select the database 
3.Now at the top clicko onExport

1. Select a table to backup 2. Table export options. You can choose what kind of data will be included in the backup. Look at the screen at check the same. I think it is very good choice
